Hi, this is Daniel Sanford and I am proud to serve on the Graf Real Estate team! After over 20 years in pastoral ministry and retirement community care, I'm excited to serve the Cedar Rapids community as a "dream fulfiller," providing the best of care to our customers.

This year, my wife (Amy) and I will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary - a journey which we now celebrate with two adult/married children and our first grandson! In addition to family, I enjoy writing and recording my own music, public musical performances and preaching in small communities outside Cedar Rapids, as needed. Raised in Des Moines through high school, I can still hear the roar of the lion carried on the wind to my childhood home from the Blank Park Zoo. Although Cedar Rapids has been my home for 24 years, now, that adult male lion still inspires me, 45 years later, as I serve my clients with courage, competence, character and chemistry!Having adopted the hashtag #bemoved, I trust that your experience with the Graf Real Estate team and myself as your agent will provide a moving experience, not only as we move from address to address - but as we take that journey together ...
